This scene is not quite completed, as its missing a few seconds from the beginning, in which Im having the cars jump from under the sceen to the position in which they start of in this clip and the screen will be white, This is to emphasise the cars jumping over a hill, and Ive always liked the idea of them stopping in the middle. Originally I was gonna have a more flashing effect to emphasise the police car sirens. But experimenting with the idea I really liked just the red and blue static center which is really effective, as it just pauses which works really well with the text apearing, I deliberatly included two Names for this screen due to them been two offices in the novel, Also I used red and blue as the background to link well with the police sirens.
